^^^^^the above is a fair point to be sure....but what of the computer screening that could potentially (and mindlessly) leave this Gents app in the "pile" due to the fact that the hours in the last 12 and/or 24 months are very low. This is my own problem retiring out of a military staff job. I may have a good resume, but with less than 200 hours in the last year, that may just be why my application never makes it past the computerized screening.
This may have nothing to do with the above, but it certainly should be considered as a potential "gotcha".

This is my main concern. Is my app buried due to the lack of recent hours (compared to other regional guys)? I guess it's good that the apps are eventually hand scored. I'll see about making sure my description of job duties somehow justifies my lack of flying.
