Are you looking at coming to work here? I had two buddies of mine from flight school that were seriously considering coming here to TSA given all the growth, etc., but once I explained to them how awful training pay is (essentially minimum wage for 3 months) and the rest of the pay issues we've had since hitting the line, and all the uncertainty that has created, they both decided to take offers at other airlines.
