I don't think he really cares about going to Delta, per his post. He got hired at Spirit 2-3 years ago and those apps were probably fresh at that point. I got the email from DL several months ago to update my app, but didn't because I'm fine where I'm at. Sounds like he's fine where he's at. I think those who got on at NK early enough to look forward to an upgrade to the left seat will probably be fine. The people who get hired there later may be stuck in the right seat for a long while if their growth plateaus.
