I know of several people who got interviews on the spot both at Puyallup and WIA. One of which had their 2nd interview and received a conditional offer. Not sure if anyone got a call for a day 1 interview between now and those events though. I think those calls will go out associated with this latest opening. Just my opinion though, not based on hard fact.
I have two friends with a 1 April interview. They are from the Sept application window. I would bet the second round of interviews in April will come from this most recent window. It seems folks get a call for an interview about 3-4 weeks in advance.
