The 300 TPIC might be a little low in their eyes. Have you been going to all of the events that they are at to speak with them? How about meet and greets with Chief Pilots or base supervisors?
I signed up for the Meet and Greet on the 22nd of April, but have not heard back as to if I am one of the 125 selected to attend. It was the first one I had heard of, so no, I have not done one before. If I don't hear back on that, I will ask a friend if he can set up a face to face with a CP in Seattle.
