Do both... see if you can go part time at the tech job or job share or go half time and fly your a$$ off to get that CFI...
Like others have said... if you still have the burn by time you start teaching, then you may make a better informed choice.
That's the way I did it years ago, it worked out pretty darn well for me.
Do what you love and you will love what you do!
