I don't think its a negative at all. Reports that it is are greatly exagerated.
I believe the myth. We are not privy to most of the hiring details as ordinary "non-select/special" line pilot I know in the past, with other airlines, there are non disclosed and unofficial, yet official, practices

Our high time hires have most likely been from the flow.
