Bottom line - the oldest they will hire is at age 63, because they expect to get 2 years out of you after training. As you can see from the graphic, guys/gals get hired with the minimum hours as well as with 10s of thousands of hours. Apply! And don't worry about age or hours min/max numbers.

For the poster a few up who said that Delta prefers military guys because they are safer. See the graphic also. You would be right, except that military pilots were actually the minority, while the majority of guys hired were civilian. Apply! Whether you are regional or military. And don't have these inaccurate, preconceived notions that they "like" mil guys more or that they "like" a certain range of flight hours.

I know it is frustrating not getting the interview yet, but if you are qualified, your time will come. There are just a metric ****-ton of qualified guys out there right now, and they have their pick of the litter (until next year, then they will be desparate).
Only reason mil is minority is because of flows. Military greatly outnumber civilians at off the street interviews.
