We can only wait and see but when I see other airlines making decent profits and their pilots making bank I expect my pay to be equal or exceed theres. I ain't talking hourly rates eithr, I'm talking w2s. Who cares if I'm getting $140 an hour or $160 an hour I care about what my annual pay and benefits amount to. This. I am afriad too many pilots at this company will see $$ signs and not realize that most likely if the company is putting it in one pocket, it's taking it from your other one. Want an hourly raise? Sure we will just make your health insurance worse, now you're really not making anymore are you really? I will vote NO on anything that has any concession in it.
