Since there is no pilot shortage, it appears frontier is a bit on the picky side. While reading the gouge, it suggest that only about 30 perfect of folks are being offered jobs. Can anyone comment on what they are looking for, or does frontier really even know? I think it would be a good place to work and has lots of potential.
The week I interviewed, they hired 8 of the 15 people that day, and 8 of 13 the day prior. So its about 60% success rate.
