Do you really expect every fresh flight school grad to understand the intricacies and history of labor relations at this company when many of our pilots don't even get it?

It's ironic how you claim that others need to educate themselves on such matters when you can't even take the time to understand how open time pickups during this period of negotiations is damaging.

The problem isn't prospective new-hires, it isn't the union, it is people like you complain about their lot in life while actually exacerbating the problem and then projecting blame unto others.

Listen to the people who are telling you that you are acting like a selfish child....they are telling you that for a reason.
