What's so funny? It's the truth of the matter. The only leverage contractors have to increase pay, work rules, and benefits in aviation in the US today is if they can't entice workers to work for them. That's the only upward pressure on wages and benefits for the regionals. Although with respect to the wholly owned US/AA feeders that law of economics seems to not apply.
