Telling a guy who just started class that HE is the problem is laughable. No, he wasn't involved for the last 8 years screwing around, that's all on you. Picking up OT is more detrimental to negotiations than the 15 new hires a month. Hell, we still have a negative number of pilot growth almost for a year running.
