Two things. The company is contributing to this problem if they are allowing that. 75 block hours is not a guarantee. 1000 hours is the FAA minimum. They should just set their minimum to be within 20 hours a month out. Second, pilots that bid for it and then don't get the time, are asking for a crap schedule when the company gets to build them whatever fits their needs. For those thinking it will somehow work out if no one notices they have less than 1000, what in the world are you thinking?
