Not a 170 driver. I picked this job because: no reserve, an affordable base/no commute and not a heavy 50 seat presence. I have my reasons for being here. And I want to make it better. I'm sorry you feel the need to question and belittle your fellow pilots because you're unhappy with how you have been treated for the last 8+ years.
