IN Baton Rouge, the United Express workers are all hired from American Eagle. Who's flight do you think gets worked if they are both on the ground on the same time?

I hope we have some United Management on this forum taking notes.

NOTE to self: If I want this company to succeed, outsourcing time sensitive, al-be-it lowly manual labor positions is not a good idea. Out-sourcing leads to failure, failure leads to hate, and hate leads to the dark side. I think Yoda had this one nailed.
A few articles in the paper in JAX say that United is laying off hundreds of longtime workers at the airport but giving them the "opportunity" to reapply at the new contractor that will be put in place.

That should work out well.
