Mine was scheduled for right after Loft. Also they try to do IOE in base, but not guaranteed. Also be advised of another gem, if you have IOE in base, you are responsible for getting yourself there and paying for a hotel room if you need one.
Figured we were STL based for training until done with IOE, but that is not the case.
