Figured we were STL based for training until done with IOE, but that is not the case.
They don't explain to you on Day 1 anymore that you don't have a base until you're done with IOE? This allows the company the flexibility to move crew members between bases while they are in training instead of paying to displace crew members.

As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask someone in mgmt to get a clarification. TSA has one of the best open-door policies around.

Little frustrating that there are guys on here complaining about having to pay for 1 hotel room the night before IOE when the company is footing the bill for your hotel from Day 1 thru completion of the LOFT.
