As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask someone in mgmt to get a clarification. TSA has one of the best open-door policies around.

Little frustrating that there are guys on here complaining about having to pay for 1 hotel room the night before IOE when the company is footing the bill for your hotel from Day 1 thru completion of the LOFT.
Given that the industry standard is to have a company provided hotel room at least until the completion of IOE and that you're still on training pay when you have to pay for your own room, yes, it is frustrating. Please don't defend things like this, they absolutely need to be fixed with the next CBA if the company hopes to staff the growth. I've spoken to several pilots now who would be more willing to make the jump if it weren't for various issues, mostly having to do with the pay during training.
