Aside from that, I do agree that paying for hotels is standard. Training pay can and should be better. The same can be said for all the other regionals in some way shape or form. It isn't a TSA specific problem. It's an industry wide problem.
Just personal opinion, but I do believe we will make gains in this CBA. Like you said, the company needs to staff the flying. They know that, and any improvements will certainly help that cause.
