The wording would need to read something like this for it to be covered to age 65 like my addict all policy is.

"Due to sickness or injury the insured is considered disabled if unable to perform with reasonable continuity the material and substantial duties of any gainful occupation OR deemed by the FAA to be mentally or physically unfit to fly as a commercial pilot"
