Last several folks ive talked to were paired 2 fo's as a crew for training, hence the 6 at a time. Displacements shouldnt have a seat lock, per se, but i believe thats just to bid off or return to equipment if staffing changes but company can still hold for up to 12 months...before sending back to training. Anyone hear anything different. Most PHL AB displacements stayed on AB and went to DCA or 75 PHL.
