The blended rate increases will never stop. The 89 aircraft thing refers to the raise we get for every "large RJ" that is added to PSA's operating certificate. The blended rate is separate and is a ratio of 200 vs 7/9. It will continue to increase for each 7/9 we get.
From Sec 3, A.2. (page 3-5)..."For every CRJ-705/900/EMB-175/MJ-90/SSJ-100/AN-158 aircraft added to the fleet in excess of 49 total aircraft, the rates of pay for that aircraft will be increased by 0.03% prior to calculating the blended pay rate. Upon reaching a fleet of eighty-nine (89) aircraft, no further increases will be made to that aircraft rate."
The way I read this is no more quarterly adjustments are made to basic pay rates based upon delivery of airplane #90. Those deliveries up to #89 require the quarterly pay adjustments.
