(page 3-5)..."For every CRJ-705/900/EMB-175/MJ-90/SSJ-100/AN-158 aircraft added to the fleet in excess of 49 total aircraft, the rates of pay for that aircraft will be increased by 0.03% prior to calculating the blended pay rate. Upon reaching a fleet of eighty-nine (89) aircraft, no further increases will be made to that aircraft rate."

The way I read this is no more quarterly adjustments are made to basic pay rates based upon delivery of airplane #90. Those deliveries up to #89 require the quarterly pay adjustments.
