Also do you fly in the night before and fly out the same day after the sim? Looking at three days total needed for the whole travel/interview process?

April 13 class for me. I applied late December, did phone interview early February, went to columbus early March, and was offered a position last week. Yes, allow three total days for the interview process. Fly in night before day one.
