You guys get the average of what everyone else negotiates. You coat tail off of everyone else when you could be contributing a lot more. Hell, you guys don't even get enough right now as it is with the threat that you will unionize. Fact is that your EFB notification policy is just one example of dozens of what happens at a non-union airline. You just take it and smile. But I'm sure you will have no problem going to any unionized legacy, cargo, or LCC.
