Boy Wonder may not be so geo-political as "IPA-litical". In times of stress and frustration with career and even identity, weaker minds sometimes come under the spell of snake oil salesmen. In this case, it may be the disgruntled defeated Falujan #1 lamenting over his own seniority pulling the strings. But even the more senior can succumb to the whisperings of other failed candidate Falujans who whip up dissent with union leadership, to the elation of UPS. It has happened recently on a NURP thread on the B & G. A "senior" guy flew with and got played by Falujan #2.
