There is a pretty good explanation of what AirlineApps is looking for under the 'Help' button on the top right of the screen (I think). Basically, you don't log Instructor time as PIC also, nor do you log dual received as PIC even if you were the PIC and could legally log it that way. There is an acknowledgement on the website that the AirlineApps times and your logbook times would be different as a result.
