Do yourself a favor before it's too late. Listen to those that have come before you. If not for your own well being, then for those that come after you. Stop selling this career down the river. Stop stripping this down into a shell of what it once was. For the love of god this is the first time in almost 20 years we have any leverage. Even in the modest level that is the regional model, we have leverage. And we still have to convince our own? Talk about the beaten wife syndrome.
We have very little leverage. We are a regional. We dance for mainline. Cool your blood boil that ain't healthy. Have you seen our profit margin? Hurray we made 20 million in a quarter... But did you see net income? Our profit is a drop in the bucket. The ship has to be run tight or the few percent we call profit is gone. It is the market we are in.
