AGAIN, understand your frustration. I HAVE BEEN THERE, I HAVE DONE THAT. MULTIPLE TIMES.

Been through a furlough, multiple displacements and a shutdown.

And although your username has a ring that's sadly been a mantra of this career, GET OVER THAT MANTRA.

Start making YOURSELF standout.

And as far as seeing "regional pilots get into more powerful positions", I'm not so sure that would be true. HR has MORE control now than EVER, doesn't matter which airline.

We're long past the point were "pilots hire pilots". SURE, pilots still have a say. But not nearly as much as they used to.
