Try to make sure it gets maximum publicity; this is about having people book away from your airline which has as much impact as an actual strike. if you guys are flying near-empty aircraft, the company's losing money.

Are you guys doing any informational picketing to let the public know that you're looking at striking? It has an impact. I drove to the airport to buy my ticket and I'm sure that there are plenty of other skinflints that do the same. 2 hours a day, ~3 days a week. You can probably shave a few load factor points off of daily flights.
