Sigwx charts. Metar & TAF guide / true vs. magnetic / visibility in SM or meters / winds in MPS ... whatever. Know how to read a Jepp plate and plan a descent on an arrival. Read up a little on jetstreams because I think there were some Qs in there not in the ATP bank. NAT contingency procedures for emergency descent or deviating around weather. SLOP. One question had a Chinese RVSM distraction. Not sure if you need to know the ins and outs of that, just maybe the top and bottom in meters. It's 90% the same as it's been for the past year or two at least. It's about 50% ATP, 10% NAT, 20% weather, 10% FAR/AIM, and 10% off the wall. Somebody posted a list of about 30 bullet points several years ago. Just google this forum for "test" or "online test" or "written test".
