Now you've got it. Appealing to general public doesn't buy you anything. Only regional pilots can save regional pilots. And frankly, regional pilots don't really care about their situation otherwise something would have been done a long time ago. Regional pilots will only go as far as complain on a website forum BUT THATS IT. That's the extent of how much they care. As a result, both company and alpa take advantage. In fact, alpa keeps the regional pilot group in line for the company. Imagine the chaos if all regional airlines simply went unionless.
