PSA just say no to SSP. American needs you at American, don't need a flow to do that. I wouldn't trade anything just to flow. Again, they need you, you don't need them. Pilots are going to screw this up again for sure. DO NOT OPEN NEGOTIATIONS, THERE IS NO POINT.
