I have to applaud to that development. Tell me, what's going to happen in 4 years once that bonus runs out and the FO that was just hired is still in the right seat for another 2 years?
Also, the TSA pay scale is higher than the Endeavor payscale. There is NO way an Endeavor FO is making more than a TSA Captain. $20k equates to approximately $20/hour. So, the maxed out $39/hour on the 900 turns into $59/hour. So, a new hire FO will make more than a new hire FO at TSA until year three pay, when the TSA FO will be making more until that person retires or moves on to a higher paying job.
