I was in that class..It was mostly leadership
and decision making..I'm former 121 previous captain ..The upgrade was
challenging but I had my act together.
You have to play the game..Treat every
sim lesson like a real flight and of course
discuss everything like you normally
would .The instructors have to see that
stuff...You are allowed to screw 2 items
up on the PC and be retrained during
the PC and still pass ..However if the
APD sees things going drastically
wrong and he feels you are beyond
retraining he can stop the event which is
what happened to the former PCL
and Comair guys...If your prepared it's
not that bad...
