What is the expected future size of the ORD base? Would someone hired late(er) in 2015 realistically have a chance of holding ORD? If I am lucky enough to get a chance at F9, I would love to be based in Chicago, but I'm afraid that once I am available for hire later in 2015 I might get stuck in whatever the new east coast base is. I think you'll be able to hold Chicago for sure. Frontier is still very much a Denver airline, the vast majority of the pilots want Denver so holding any other base should be easy. Chicago is growing to roughly 80 crews, currently about 70. You might not get Chicago out of training but should get it quickly I would think.
