Has anyone gone ZED on Air France recently?

Can you use their online check in with a ZED ticket? We are flying our metal to CDG, and then ZED on AF. I need to find out if we can check in online, or at a kiosk inside security at CDG, or if we will have to clear customs and use the ticket counter.
