I think you'll be able to hold Chicago for sure. Frontier is still very much a Denver airline, the vast majority of the pilots want Denver so holding any other base should be easy. Chicago is growing to roughly 80 crews, currently about 70. You might not get Chicago out of training but should get it quickly I would think.
