Yes, but to put out a survey and ignore all other issues doesn't make a lot of sense.
As for the scope question, I've seen several people on here mention that it needs work. I was just looking for some examples of what needs to be changed.
Wasn't that the crux of the email, change just a few of the really important things (money), talk about the rest until 2019?
My only hope is that the MEC has agreed to it because they are privy as to the "why" the company want's to expedite those few sections. Otherwise it just doesn't make sense as it seems we are in a decent position to negotiate a full contract.
We certainly don't have the whole picture.
