Delta Air Lines, Inc. Unpaid Wage Lawsuit | NKA

Apparently JetBlue flight attendants are doing this and now Delta flight attendants are following suit. Not sure if this is localized to California only or not.

I have to believe this has been tried before (and lost) but I don't know. But consider the ramifications?? Paid by the duty hour, a regional pilots dream.
