If one were to assess a personality from internet postings, well, there's a metric crap-ton of people on here that must have done one heck of a job putting on a show and convincing the hiring people otherwise.
Or is it that once the job is secured, it's perfectly ok to become the arrogant cocky bastard that's a flaming bag o'douche with an allergy to humble pie?
Seriously, there's enough of them that post on here.
I'm inclined to agree with badflaps.
