Good luck to us all.

I for one didn't take this remark as one of arrogance.

There is tons of speculation, and the stakes are very high. Many of us have worked hard and sacrificed to build our résumés. It's disheartening when someone scores the CJO with qualifications that seem (in one's own mind) equal or less than our own. This creates a kind of paranoia, because not only do you suddenly worry that you have been looked over for some technicality with airlinespps, but you begin to wonder if there's something you missing... some secret part of the vetting process that, if you could only figure it out, would be the key that fits the lock... Volunteer work under education or work experience. Convicted of a misdemeanor for a traffic ticket or no. Work history to college or high school... We've all had this happen to us!
To my knowledge, no one on here knows the secret recipe. Everyone's knowledge is the result of cause and effect, and anyone who has taken a course of epidemiology knows that reverse engineering cause and effect accurately is very difficult, and it's easy to draw a false conclusion.
The bottom line is that Delta knows how to pick successful candidates. They human score applications for a reason. The pass rate is near 80-90% it seems, so Delta knows what they're looking for.
I think this is what Lear700 was referring to. His opinion is as good as anyone else's, except perhaps Gloopy, I think he knows something more.
