There are some 25-29 hours four day trips so if you got a couple of those you could get 21 days off, it all depends on what is on your line and what you can swap for during the SAP. 19 days off is better than 99.9% of other regional pilot schedules. I have only had that (non vacation months) many days off in a month a few times over my 10 year regional career.
