Well, that's one way to look at it. Bad reputations are hard to overcome, that's for sure. Seems it's human nature to remember the negative, and it takes a lot of positive and a fair amount of time to overcome a bad reputation. One thing I've noticed over the years is that there's a direct correlation between how companies treat their employees and the ease of replacing them.
