Did you read the email? They told you why they are taking this approach, and honestly it seems to make sense. I understand that we are in a good position, but so is the company, there is no impetus on their end to sign something. As the email pointed out, every day after the amendable date that we don't have a contract is money taken from our pocket.... that's money the company keeps. So why do we need to drag this out for 7 years over every intricate detail when we have a pretty good base to start from, unless we want to be then next Republic airways.

Furthermore, we all have to vote on this at the end of the day, so if is a giant dog turd, well then guess what? We all get a say...
