I just mean that if you spend 40 hours in the sim for initial, you might as well do it in the one that we have the most sims available. Putting 30 people through (2) 700 sims for 40 hours seems silly and likely to create an increased delay.
As of now, you spend 32-40 hours in initial, and 8 hours in differences. Why not do the initial in the one that we have more sims of?
You have to do IOE on the aircraft that was initial. Differences OE on the aircraft you did differences on. Captain upgrades can do IOE on either with SLF on the other type.
