I fully admit the 18 day schedule sucks, but it is pretty easy to go over 100k on it on the even the <40000' fleets one you have around year 8 pay. The pay needs to be closer to 200k for how much and hard you work on the 18. I can't wait to either get a new contract that I can afford to work an easier schedule or start at one of the majors.
I've tried to stay out since my last post (which was about as popular as a fart during church), but 200k for an FO flying a six seat airplane?
Again, I know how hard you work. I also have first hand experience in the quality of pilots the fractional world has (former CitationAir pilot for many years). I truly hope you guys get what you want. That said, like I've said before, that may be a bit unrealistic.
Please, I know some will say I'm worthless (response to last post), but I'm trying to be realistic.
Yet again, I hope you guys get everything you want and more. You deserve it, but I'm just trying to be realistic.
