Netjets experienced a lot of growth in the early 2000's which resulted in a young pilot demographic. Those pilot's are now CPT's in their mid 40's making good money, they arent leaving for 20 years.
We just had a 50-year-old PIC quit to start over as an FO at United.

Absolutely.
Who cares how many seats it has? In the not-too-distant past, we had 737s configured with 18 seats. It's a question of the revenue the plane generates, and our little planes generate quite a lot.
