Who cares how many seats it has? In the not-too-distant past, we had 737s configured with 18 seats. It's a question of the revenue the plane generates, and our little planes generate quite a lot.
I have a pretty good idea what the aircraft generate, but if the FO should be at 200k, which should be roughly 60% captains pay, that would mean a 300k+ captain. Now maybe I'm wrong, but a 20,000 lb airplane with a half million dollar cockpit crew sounds awesome, but not reality.
