You missed the point. The point was that yes the LOA paid more and was a win for the pilots verse the MOU and current book. Zero downside. Also, LOA or no LOA it does not speed up the broken IT, arbitrated decisions, or scheduler training.
Yet the MEC unanimously rejected the LOA, don't you find that curious? Maybe they also felt that there was zero downside to rejecting it. After all, without IT, award compliance, and training the pilots have zero chance to see the increases.
